Question 1: It's good for non-smokers but people should be able to smoke if they want to.

Question 3: Doesn't think the ban will have an impact; people will continue to smoke. "Instead of less smokers there is more cigarette butts on the ground."
Question 4 (see above): University Police Department should go around the back of the buildings more often or place surveillance there because that is where most smokers go now. The "community enforcement" policy of the smoking ban does not work because people are apprehensive about confronting their peers.
